Meet Jen Cuttriss, a woman of many talents. She’s an internationally certified baby and toddler sleep consultant, a registered nurse, a devoted mother of three, and a soon-to-be certified level 2 mind-body practitioner.

Jen’s true passion lies in the well-being of both infants and parents. Her approach is truly unique, as she brings her intuition and responsiveness to her work in this field. She is known for going beyond just fixing surface-level sleep problems and focuses on providing families with the tools and mindset they need for long-lasting change and sleep confidence that will benefit both the baby and the parents for years to come.

Creating a safe and nurturing coaching space, Jen brings peace and optimization to the world of sleep. She understands that achieving healthy sleep patterns doesn’t have to be stressful. Instead, she designs a personalized support system tailored just for you.
