After 16 years climbing the corporate ladder in a career I loved, I suddenly felt lost. I was respected and successful, yet the spark was gone. I craved freedom, balance, and purpose, but I couldn’t define what that “more” looked like.
I almost ignored it. The idea of pivoting felt reckless—nearing 40, with a family and a steady paycheck, taking risks seemed selfish. But the whisper grew louder, until I couldn’t ignore it any longer.
I remembered a life lesson: when you grow internally, the external world follows. So, I leapt into the unknown, enrolling in a coaching program that both terrified and excited me. Over the next months, I confronted limiting beliefs, built new skills, and pursued bold goals. I created events, hosted retreats, launched a podcast, was featured on TV, and writing my first book—all while balancing other responsibilities. Slowly but surely, I transitioned into the CEO of my own business.
Less than two years later, I found myself on a retreat in Greece, surrounded by ambitious women, realizing I’d become exactly who I’d dreamed of being: a business owner, leader, and mentor.
