MEET EILEEN:

Eileen Habelow is the President of Leadership-Link and Co-Founder of Know2Grow, Eileen provides learning, coaching, and team programs that enable teams and leaders to get the best out of themselves and others.

Over the past 10 years, Leadership-Link has supported the efforts of more than 100 companies, the majority of which are in the Biotech and Pharmaceutical industries.

Know2Grow is a new business venture to turn the proven programs of Leadership-Link into off-the-shelf programs that companies can implement at their own pace with their own facilitators.

Eileen holds a Ph.D. in Education Psychology from Temple University, a master’s degree in Instructional Design from Syracuse University, and a bachelor’s degree in Social Work also from Syracuse University. And with all of this, Eileen absolutely loves spending time with her amazing family and friends.
